Admission requirements
An completed degree from a university or university of applied sciences or an accredited bachelor's degree from a vocational academy with a grade point average of 2.5 or better and at least one year of professional experience in commercial fields. Proof of English language skills according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) in the form of a certified certificate at B2 level, not older than 5 years. If the grade point average is lower than 2.5, admission is granted after a motivational interview. For applicants without a first university degree, there is also the possibility, under certain conditions, to be admitted to the programme after passing an aptitude test.Details
The MBA programme in International Business Administration is aimed at professionals who aspire to a management position or are preparing for business succession. The target group consists of graduates with a degree in business studies who wish to acquire in-depth business knowledge and international management skills in an international context. The part-time studies prepare students for leadership and management tasks and offer numerous career opportunities in industry, commerce, and services.
The study content includes a variety of modules, such as Academic Writing, Marketing, Logistics, and Business Management. Two elective modules in the areas of Law, Sociology, Finance, and Macroeconomics complement the study offer. Practical phases and face-to-face days deepen knowledge and facilitate transfer to professional practice. The programme concludes with the Master's thesis.
Prospective students are required to have English proficiency at level B2. The flexibility of distance learning allows students to remain professionally active while expanding their academic expertise. Obtaining the Master of Business Administration degree enables access to higher positions and provides the opportunity for doctoral studies.
