Admission Requirements
The admission requirements for the Bachelor's degree programme in Online Marketing & Marketing Management at IST University are as follows:
- You must have the general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur), technical college entrance qualification or an equivalent school leaving certificate.
- You should have verifiable English language skills with at least seven years of schooling or the ability to demonstrate language skills at level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). If you cannot provide appropriate proof, you have the option of taking a language test at IST University for Management.
- In addition, you must have completed a 3-month internship in the field of marketing or digital business, or have at least 3 months of industry-specific work experience. This proof can be provided by the beginning of the 3rd semester at the latest.
Furthermore, you have the opportunity to study at IST University for Management without a high school diploma if the following conditions are met:
- You have a master craftsman's certificate or an advanced training qualification (e.g. as an IHK specialist).
- You have completed at least a 2-year vocational training and can demonstrate at least three years of work experience.
- You have school English with at least seven years of schooling or can demonstrate language skills at level B2 of the CEFR. If you cannot provide appropriate proof, you have the option of taking a language test at IST University for Management.
- You must also meet the requirement of a 3-month internship in the field of marketing or digital business or provide industry-specific work experience of at least 3 months. Here too, it is possible to provide this proof by the beginning of the 3rd semester at the latest.
