Here are the admission requirements for the Bachelor Customer Centricity
You can enroll in the Bachelor distance learning program Customer Centricity at IU International University (IU) if you provide us with your A-levels (general qualification for university entrance), your technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur), or subject-specific university entrance qualification.
Alternatively, you can enroll without A-levels. Studying without A-levels at IU is possible under the following conditions:
- You have successfully completed an advanced training program, such as a training program to become a state-certified business economist.
- Or you have completed a vocational training, such as training to become a commercial clerk. After completing your training, you have worked in this profession full-time for at least 3 years. If your training does not match the thematic focus of the Customer Centricity distance learning program, you will first complete a trial study before being regularly enrolled.

The Bachelor's degree program at IU International University is modular. A module usually comprises 5 credit points (ECTS) and concludes with an examination, either a written exam or a written assignment. Study Concept: How the Part-Time Study Customer Centricity at IU Works
The online study program in Customer Centricity at IU International University can be adapted flexibly to your life and your daily routine, tailored to suit you best. For example, you choose one of 3 study models: In the full-time study, you need a total of 6 semesters, equivalent to 36 months, to complete your Bachelor's degree. In part-time study I, you study for a total of 8 semesters until completion. Or you opt for part-time study II and take up to 12 semesters to complete your Bachelor's.
With each module enrollment, you receive study materials from IU as printed study booklets. All materials are also available digitally. IU Interactive Books are innovative learning scripts enriched with video clips and quiz questions at the end of a lesson. Depending on the module, study materials are supplemented with podcasts, live tutorials, and video content in the form of short casts. You can access the IU Interactive Books through the practical IU Learn app.
In many modules, virtual classes are offered, allowing you to interactively engage with your peers and lecturers.
Especially convenient and flexible is the option to take module exams in the form of online exams. You can take an online exam 24/7, 7 days a week, at a time that best suits your preparation, for instance, in construction preparation. Additionally, we operate around 40 exam centers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland where you can also sit your exams in the traditional way.
