These are the admission requirements for the Bachelor in Marketing
You can enroll in the Bachelor's distance learning course in Marketing at IU International University (IU) if you provide us with your A-levels (general qualification for university entrance), your technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur), or a subject-specific entrance qualification.
Alternatively, you can also enroll without A-levels. Studying at IU without A-levels is possible under the following conditions:
- You have successfully completed an advanced training qualification, such as training to become a certified business economist.

Following your training, you have worked in this profession full-time for at least 3 years. If your training is thematically not related to the Marketing distance learning course, you will first complete a trial course before being regularly enrolled.

You can tailor your online studies at IU International University to fit your life and daily routine as best suits you. For example, you can choose from 3 study models: In the full-time study, you need a total of 6 semesters, i.e., 36 months, to complete your Bachelor's degree. In part-time study I, you study for 8 semesters until completion. Or you can opt for part-time study II and take up to 12 semesters to complete your Bachelor's.
You will receive study materials from IU with each module registration as printed study booklets. All materials are also available digitally. The IU Interactive Books are innovative learning scripts enriched with video clips and quiz questions at the end of each lesson. Additionally, depending on the module, study materials are complemented by podcasts, live tutorials, and video content in the form of so-called shortcasts. You can access the IU Interactive Books via the handy IU Learn app.
In many modules, virtual teaching events are also offered, allowing you to interactively engage with your peers and lecturers.
Especially practical and flexible: the option to take module exams in the form of online exams. You can take an online exam 7 days a week, around the clock - whenever you feel adequately prepared, for example, for an exam in construction. Additionally, we operate around 40 exam centres in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where you can also take your exams in a more traditional on-site manner.
