Admission requirements

You need a university degree with at least 210 credit points and at least one year of work experience afterwards.

Alternatively, in individual cases, a university degree with 180 credit points may be sufficient if FOM can recognize up to 30 credit points for further qualifications (e.g. through certificates). One year of work experience afterwards is required.

In addition to the academic degree and work experience, current employment is also required.

Details

The Master's programme Digitalisation & Management (M.A.) at FOM University is aimed at professionals who are interested in the challenges of digital transformation and its impact on business models and processes. The programme provides comprehensive business knowledge and leadership skills necessary for taking on management responsibilities.

Over four semesters, students acquire substantial knowledge in areas such as Strategic Management, digital transformation, Compliance and Sustainability, as well as competencies in future technologies and Artificial Intelligence.

1st Semester: Strategy & digital transformation, Business Planning, Law & Compliance, Trends & Megatrends.

2nd Semester: AI Leadership & Future Tech, Sustainability, Financing, Introduction to the Master's thesis phase.

3rd Semester: Platform Economy & Business Model Innovation, Marketing & Communication, Project Management in Digitalisation and Transformation, Master Mentoring.

Thesis: Master's thesis and Colloquium.
