The Master of Arts in Talent Management at the European Fernhochschule Hamburg (Euro-FH) is designed for graduates from various disciplines with prior knowledge in Human Resource Management. The part-time programme, lasting for 24 months, focuses on the recruitment and retention of talents, as well as the impact of flexibility and digitalisation on talent management. Critical aspects such as the use of artificial intelligence and digital HR tools are reflected upon.

The programme content bridges between Business Psychology and Business Administration, incorporating references to Labour Law and IT.
