Admission requirements

Admission to the Digital Management programme is granted to those who meet the following requirements:\r\n

Successful completion of a Bachelor's or Diploma degree at DIPLOMA Hochschule or another university or college (especially in the fields of business or law)
or
an equivalent foreign degree in the same or related field with a regular study period of at least six semesters.\r\n

Applicants whose grade for their first academic degree qualifying them for a profession is \"sufficient\" are not eligible for the Master's programme. Applicants with a grade of \"satisfactory\" must demonstrate in a placement interview that they are capable of successfully completing this programme.\r\n

Digitalization is the topic that most companies cannot avoid. The increasing trend towards the digital transformation of the German economy has been colliding with a shortage of skilled workers in the job market for years. In particular, medium-sized family businesses suffer from a permanent lack of competent specialist and management staff, which hinders the consistent digitization of many companies.

The master's programme "Digital Management" (B.A.) is a 5-semester online course aimed at continuing education alongside work, especially targeting graduates in business administration or related fields. These include, among others, security management, industrial engineering, and business information systems. It excellently prepares for taking on higher and senior management positions in the private sector or public service.

Throughout your studies, you can also choose your personal, professionally oriented focus to further deepen your skills.

Course of study
At the DIPLOMA University, you have the opportunity to study the Master's programme in Digital Management as an online course.

The online distance learning programme at DIPLOMA University is designed according to the "Blended Learning" principle. This means that you work on the study materials with the help of study booklets and attend live online seminars. These usually take place on 12 to 14 Saturdays per semester – occasionally also during the week in the evening. You can take your exams online or at an exam centre of your choice.

Costs & Registration
The (online) distance learning programme at DIPLOMA University starts every year in the summer semester (April) and winter semester (October) of a year. The start of the programme is also possible at any other time, following an individual assessment.
