Depending on the scope of your degree, you must also demonstrate work experience:

- If your degree is 210 ECTS, you need to show at least 1 year of qualified work experience. This experience should have been gained after your studies.
- If your degree is 240 ECTS, as is often the case with diploma degrees, you must show at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Additionally, you need to provide evidence of your English proficiency. You can prove your English skills, for example, through a TOEFL test (at least 80 points), IELTS (at least Level 6), a passed Duolingo English test (at least 105 points), a Cambridge certificate (at least grade B overall), or an equivalent qualification. Alternatively, you can take a free English course directly at IU International University to demonstrate your English proficiency.

Study Concept: How the Part-Time Management Studies at IU Work
You can adapt the online management studies at IU International University to fit your life and daily routine as best as possible. For example, you can choose one of three study models: In the full-time program, you need a total of 2 semesters or 4 semesters, depending on the study variant, to complete the master's degree. In part-time program I, you study for 3 or 6 semesters until graduation. Or you opt for part-time program II and take 4 or 8 semesters to complete the master's degree.
With every module enrollment, you receive study materials from IU in printed study booklets. All materials are also available to you digitally. The IU Interactive Books are innovative learning scripts enriched with video clips and quiz questions at the end of a lesson. Depending on the module, study materials are supplemented with podcasts, live tutorials, and video content in the form of shortcasts. You access the IU Interactive Books through the convenient IU learn app.
In many modules, virtual teaching events are also offered, allowing you to interact interactively with your fellow students and lecturers.
Particularly convenient and flexible is the option to take module exams in the form of online exams. You can take an online exam 24/7, 7 days a week - exactly when you feel best prepared for the exam, for example in construction planning. Furthermore, we operate around 40 exam centres in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where you can also take your exams in a traditional on-site manner.
