Details

The Bachelor distance learning programme in Project and Process Management, offered by Wismar International Graduation Services GmbH (WINGS), introduces participants to the fields of business administration and project management. The programme consists of 180 ECTS and culminates in the Bachelor of Arts degree.

In the area of business administration, general business topics are covered, such as microeconomics, business management, marketing, human resources management, and business law. In addition, various elective modules are offered focusing on aspects such as procurement, production, investment, financing, and labour law. A special emphasis is placed on the practical application and deepening of these contents through management simulations.

In the field of project and process management, participants learn the basics of project management, develop personal management skills, and learn how to successfully plan and implement projects. Topics such as quality management, presentation techniques, strategic management, business process management, business informatics, and organizational development are intensively addressed. In addition, project management methods are introduced that allow for the effective coordination of multiple projects. The focus is also on change management and process optimization to provide participants with a holistic understanding of business management.

The programme lasts 48 months and requires a weekly workload of 22 hours. Participants have the opportunity to attend a weekend seminar per semester at various locations, followed by exams. The completion of the programme is achieved through the preparation of a Bachelor's thesis and a colloquium.
