Admission requirements
- Prospective students must have a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife).
- Alternatively, they may have passed a subject-specific advanced training examination (e.g. master craftsman, business administrator, etc.).
- A completed vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience are also accepted as admission requirements.

The distance learning course "Intercultural Management" at the European Distance University in Hamburg leads to a Master of Arts degree and spans a period of 24 months.
