Admission requirements
You need a diploma or bachelor's degree with 240 ECTS in a business-related course of study. Relevant professional experience can be credited with up to 30 ECTS. If you have a bachelor's degree with 180 ECTS and already have relevant professional experience, this, together with your academic degree, may enable you to be admitted to the course. Alternatively, the PFH offers extensive bridging courses.

The Advanced Management programme (Master of Arts) at PFH - Private University of Göttingen is designed for graduates with a diploma in business disciplines, as well as for bachelor graduates with a degree in business studies and 240 ECTS. The aim of the programme is to further educate the participants academically and prepare them as best as possible for a leadership position in management.
The course content includes business management, knowledge management, organizational development, innovation and network management, employee discussions, International Economics I and II, Emerging Markets, strategic marketing, corporate finance, logistics management, as well as many elective modules such as E-Business, Health Management, Retail Management, and applied Business Psychology. In the third semester, the students complete their master's thesis and a colloquium.
PFH places great emphasis on practical training through projects and individually supervised exercises. This allows students to directly apply theoretical knowledge into practice. Furthermore, the programme also focuses on fostering soft skills such as teamwork, conflict management, and communication.
The programme also offers extensive support through the so-called Study Coaches, who accompany the students throughout their studies and adjust support services individually to their needs.
