The Bachelor's programme People & Culture Management at HFH is aimed at future specialists and managers who want to create a modern and people-oriented work environment. During the course of their studies, students acquire interdisciplinary skills that enable them to address current and future challenges in the work environment. The programme is designed to be cross-industry and caters to the needs of both managers and employees alike.
The programme comprises a variety of modules focusing on methodological, referential, and specialist qualifications as well as on the area of specialization. Contents include scientific work, human resource management, work and organizational psychology, data analytics, business management, and more. Students can deepen their knowledge in elective modules such as innovation management or digital leadership. The programme concludes in the seventh semester with a thesis and a practical project to apply what has been learned.
HFH offers various study centres for this programme where students receive support and personal supervision, and can participate in face-to-face events. The aim is to provide graduates with a solid education that is valuable on both a strategic and human level.
