Interested parties must have a general\/specialised university entrance qualification or a university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or alternatively have completed an advanced training course (or passed a university entrance examination in combination with relevant vocational training and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience).

The Bachelor's online programme New Work / Transformation Management, offered by Wismar International Graduation Services GmbH (WINGS), is a distance learning course lasting 36 months with a workload of 29 ECTS.
Within this programme, a variety of business-related topics are covered, including marketing and sales, human resources management, fundamentals of Economics 5.0, digital transformation and sustainability, world of work 5.0, new work, society and law. Additionally, content such as academic work, mathematical methods and applications, business management, sustainability management, environment and procurement 5.0, management of the VUCA world, statistics, management accounting, economics, transformation of corporate culture, digitization in economy and society, as well as organization are also taught.
In the field of project and process management, subjects such as commercial law - fundamentals, agile management, projects, structures and tools, behavioral economics in societal transformation, international business, entrepreneurship, (e) customer-relationship management, digital organization, models, structures and sustainability, practice transfer module, investment and financing, work, organizational and economic psychology, law of digitization as well as the bachelor thesis & colloquium are covered.
At the end of the programme, students obtain the degree Bachelor of Arts. The programme thoroughly prepares students for the challenges in the field of New Work and Transformation Management, providing them with relevant knowledge and skills for a successful professional future in this area.
