We offer the Master's program in Human Resources Development in 2 variants: the abbreviated 60-ECTS variant lasts 2 semesters in full-time study. The 120 ECTS variant lasts 4 semesters in full-time study.
For the 120-ECTS variant in 4 semesters, the following requirements apply:
- You have a first degree with a focus on business, psychology, or education (with a focus on adult education, business education, or consulting).
- Your grade is at least "satisfactory".
- If your degree has a different focus, you can be admitted through a master's entrance examination
For the abbreviated 60-ECTS variant, the following requirements apply:
- You have a first degree with a grade of at least "satisfactory".
- If your first degree is 180 ECTS, you take courses worth 30 ECTS and have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. Alternatively, you have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- If your degree is 210 ECTS, you demonstrate at least 1 year of qualified work experience. This work experience was gained after your studies.
- If your degree is 240 ECTS, as is often the case with many diploma degrees, you also demonstrate 1 year of qualified work experience in addition to the degree.

You can take an online exam 7 days a week, 24 hours a day – when you feel best prepared, for example, for an exam in building construction.
