Admission requirements
Individuals with at least a six-semester first professional qualifying university degree in any field and at least one year of relevant and qualified professional experience thereafter are eligible to apply.
Those without a university degree, but with university entrance qualification, have the opportunity to qualify through an aptitude test if they can demonstrate at least three years of relevant professional experience and have at least one year of relevant professional experience.

The advanced distance learning course in personnel development teaches you central concepts for the promotion of employees and the management of teams. It is aimed at individuals in the field of personnel development, training managers, middle management staff, and junior executives. The course qualifies you for professional activities in personnel development and prepares you for leadership positions.
Theoretical, methodological, and business management foundations of personnel development and management concepts Individual focus through elective modules such as Methods of Personnel Development II, Staff Management, Work Organization and Law, Further Education, Digital Learning and Teaching, and Digital Management Processes between individual and organization, changes in organizations, and organizational consulting Concludes with a master's thesisThe course is part-time and can be completed in four semesters. It includes on-site phases where the acquired knowledge is deepened. Instruction is provided in German at the Kaiserslautern location.
