The Bachelor distance learning programme in Accounting and Controlling is offered by Wismar International Graduation Services GmbH (WINGS). This distance learning programme comprises a total of 180 ECTS credits and lasts 48 months.
The course includes a variety of modules covering both general and specialised topics in the field of Accounting and Controlling. These include modules such as General Business Administration, Microeconomics, Accounting, Controlling Instruments, Cost and Revenue Management, Financial Accounting, Business Management, Taxation, and many more.
Students will learn the basics of Controlling, academic work, financial statement analysis, IFRS, investment and financing, business valuation, project management, human resources management, and group accounting. Additionally, they will address practical aspects of corporate accounting during the course, such as the use of DATEV.
The programme also includes successful presentation and communication of results, as well as a business simulation game to apply the acquired knowledge in a realistic setting. The completion of the study programme is marked by the Bachelor Thesis.
Students have the opportunity to participate in 10-day seminars to deepen their knowledge and interact with fellow students and lecturers.
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded the title Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Controlling.
