- In exceptional cases, it is also possible to start the studies without vocational training; the university will actively support you in finding a training or employment position
Personally, you should have an interest in economic and psychological contexts, analytical thinking, communication skills and self-motivation. You should be willing to organise your time independently and regularly integrate learning phases alongside your work or training into your daily routine. Initial experience in dealing with people, for example through internships, professional practice or voluntary work, is advantageous.

The degree programme lasts 7 semesters (3.5 years) and combines professional employment or training with academic qualification. You can choose between the Campus-Study+ at more than 20 locations in Germany and the Digital Live Study with live streamed lectures. Before each semester, you can flexibly decide whether to attend individual modules on campus or digitally.
- Study model and time arrangement: Various time models are available – including daytime, evening and Saturday studies. This allows you to optimise the fit with your professional and private situation.
- Semester start: You can begin in March (summer semester) or September (winter semester). Long semester breaks in August as well as from mid to late February give you time for rest or to catch up on content.
- Learning formats: Interactive teaching, digital learning platforms, project work and block seminars offer variety. Practice-oriented lecturers from science and business support you individually.
