Admission requirements
You need to have a general university entrance qualification (A-levels), a technical college entrance qualification, or an equivalent education, such as a completed training with three years of work experience or a completed advanced training course.
In addition, current professional activity is required, whether full-time or part-time, or company training, a trainee program, or a volunteer program. If you are currently not employed but are looking for work, the FOM study advisors are available to assess your individual admission opportunities.

The bachelor's degree programme "Business Psychology" at FOM enables students to understand and influence human behaviour in economic contexts. It offers working professionals and dual students a solid education in psychological and economic disciplines. They learn to analyse consumer behaviour, develop innovative marketing strategies, and optimise leadership and work structures in companies.
The programme provides comprehensive knowledge of business psychological processes amounting to 180 ECTS credits over seven semesters through practical projects. Various specialisations are available to enable further individual profile building.
1st Semester: Management Basics, Social Psychology, Biopsychology & General Psychology I, General Psychology II, Time and Self-Management
2nd Semester: Marketing & Media, Differential Psychology, Data Collection & Statistics, Data Analysis with R, Academic Writing
3rd Semester: Supply Chain Management, Quantitative Research Project, Psychological Assessment, Applied Topics in Differential Psychology, Project Management
4th Semester: Finance & Investment, Psychological Communication Skills, Work and Organisational Psychology, Practice of Diagnostic Procedures, Digital Transformation
5th Semester: Turnaround Management, Qualitative Research Project, Personnel Psychology, Applied Work, Organisational & Personnel Psychology, ESG - Sustainability
6th Semester: Economics, Market & Advertising Psychology, Behavioural Economics, Applied Business Psychology, Exposé
7th Semester: Thesis/Colloquium
The programme concludes with a nationally and internationally recognised bachelor's degree. Graduates qualify for numerous roles in human resources development, product development, and organisational development.
