The Master's programme in Business Psychology & Artificial Intelligence (M.Sc.) at SRH Fernhochschule - The Mobile University combines expertise in business psychology with comprehensive knowledge of artificial intelligence. The target group is graduates with a completed university degree who wish to deepen their knowledge in the field of business psychology and AI. The programme offers three variants with different ECTS credits, with the 90-ECTS variant usually being completed in the regular study period of three semesters.

Students can choose to specialize either in AI in HRM and Corporate Learning or in AI in Organization and Leadership. The study programme is supplemented by elective modules, including Design Thinking, Digital Sales & Marketing, and Sustainability Management. The combination of business psychological and AI know-how qualifies graduates for diverse career opportunities, including leadership roles in human-AI teams or the implementation of AI in HR management.

As a distance learning programme, the course offers maximum flexibility in terms of scheduling. Classes are conducted in German, and admission is possible monthly. The tuition fees depend on the chosen Flex model and amount to at least 579 euros per month.
