Academic requirements (120 ECTS variant):

  • Completed undergraduate studies in Business Administration OR in Business Psychology, Communication Psychology, or Applied Psychology with at least 180 ECTS credits (Bachelor's or equivalent degree) from a state or state-recognised university.
  • The curriculum will be adjusted according to the prior education.
  • Applicants with a non-related undergraduate degree can be admitted under conditions through a master's entrance examination (for the business variant, not for the business or communication psychology variant).

Variant with 60 ECTS (standard study time 12 months):

  • With 180 ECTS in the primary degree: Supplement of 30 ECTS and at least 1 year of relevant professional experience OR at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • With 210 ECTS: Supplement of 30 ECTS OR 1 year of qualified professional experience.
  • The professional experience must have been acquired after the primary degree and must be fully proven at the start of studies.
  • With 240 ECTS: No additional proof of professional experience required.

A grade of at least "satisfactory" (up to 3.5). In selected cases, admission may be granted for lower grades through demonstrated further achievements (for example, from a relevant master's programme or further education at DQR7 level totaling at least 40 or 20 ECTS).

Applicants without German as their native language also need proof of their German language proficiency (e.g. TestDaF, DSH, Telc B2, ÖSD B2). The proof is generally not to be older than five years.
