The Bachelor's programme in Business Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences for Management is designed for individuals who wish to acquire a deep understanding of psychological processes in an economic context. The target group includes future executives, consultants, as well as marketing and HR experts who want to be able to analyse and influence human behaviour in economic scenarios.
Graduates of this programme will be able to maximise employee performance, optimise decision-making in companies, promote innovative processes, and analyse consumer behaviour. The acquired skills open up career opportunities in the areas of HR development, change management, organisational consulting, market research, and marketing.

The degree is recognised by the state and is equivalent to degrees from state universities.
