Requirements for Enrolment

Business economists are employed in almost all areas of business, such as in Controlling, Marketing, Human Resources departments, Purchasing and Procurement, Strategic and Operational Management, and Leadership.

Entering the online study programme in Business Administration at Hochschule Fresenius is very straightforward: With a general university entrance qualification (Abitur), a general higher education entrance qualification or a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, you can enroll immediately and at any time.

An entry without Abitur is also possible, for example, if you have passed a master craftsman's examination or a comparable professional advanced training examination, such as the State-certified Technician or the State-certified Business Economist. If you can provide evidence of at least a two-year completed job-specific training and subsequent at least two-year job-specific work experience, you can also enter the programme through a university entrance examination.

By the way, if you have already completed a degree, you can save costs and time by having prior credits recognized. In addition to academic achievements, credits can also be recognized for achievements obtained outside of a university.
